Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern the agreement between Co-Signal and a customer using the Co-Signal service, a partner ecosystem platform that connects partner CRMs and surfaces privacy-safe account overlaps.
The agreement and the service
These terms are between Co-Signal and the company (the "customer") whose workspace administrator accepts them on the customer's behalf. Co-Signal provides a hosted service that lets a customer connect its CRM data and control, per partner, what overlaps that partner can see.
Account and workspace responsibilities
The customer is responsible for its workspace, its members, and the accuracy of the data it connects. A workspace administrator controls what is shared with each partner and is responsible for those sharing decisions.
Acceptable use
The customer may only connect CRM data it is entitled to connect. The customer will not use the service to violate any applicable law, to infringe on the rights of any third party, or to attempt to access data another workspace has not chosen to share with it.
Customer data ownership
The customer owns the records it connects to Co-Signal. Co-Signal processes those records solely to provide the service, including computing overlaps and enforcing the customer's own sharing rules. Cross-workspace visibility of any record is governed entirely by the sharing rules the record's owning workspace sets; a partner never sees more than what those rules allow.
Commercial terms
Co-Signal is offered on a contact-led basis: subscription plans and pricing are agreed in writing with each customer, and billing is handled outside the product today. There is no self-serve checkout, no plan that costs nothing, and no time-limited evaluation plan. Commercial terms for a given customer are set out in that customer's written order or agreement, which governs over any conflicting statement here.
Service availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to respond to support requests promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and unplanned incidents may affect access from time to time.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Signal's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Term and termination
These terms remain in effect for as long as the customer's workspace is active. Either party may terminate as set out in the customer's written order or agreement. On termination, the customer's access ends, and data is retained or deleted per our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed by the operator], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This value is not yet confirmed and must be set to a real jurisdiction before these terms are treated as final.
These terms were drafted for Co-Signal and reviewed by our team before publication. A review by a qualified legal professional is a planned post-launch item, not something that has happened yet.
